FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM
- Please read the instructions or guidelines carefully before filling in the application form and complete the form correctly according to the instructions given. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Applicants are allowed to submit only ONE (1) application at a time.
- Courses offered for the intake session are subject to the adverstisement published by local newspapers or by refering to CIAST website: http://www.ciast.gov.my and DSD website: http://www.dsd.gov. my
- Only completed forms that arrived BEFORE or ON the closing application date will be proccessed for admission. For any applications that has no response in three (3) months are considered unsuccessful.
