Skills Professional & Development Programme ( SPD )Skills Professional & Development Program strives to improve the level of professional teaching staff at the Institute of Skill Training in Public / Private sector by providing teaching and training techniques to produce 'coach industry' in the National Dual Training Program in an effort to improve the quality of skills training.
Teaching Skills Development Programme (PPK)This programme is responsible for producing new skill trainers, improving instructor skills, supervisors and industry coaches and also to produce experts through programs and training offered.
Courses Offered
Among the courses conducted under the auspices of this program is short-term skills courses in the form of modular and customized. Target participants are individuals, private and public sector workers. Modular courses are courses offered by CIAST as it appears in the Annual Training Calendar CIAST, while the customized courses are conducted according to the needs and requirements of customers.
