Ia merupakan syarat yang perlu dipenuhi bagi mana-mana individu yang berhasrat untuk diperaku sebagai personel SPKM seperti Pegawai Penilai (PP), Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD) atau Pengurus Pusat Bertauliah (PPB). Kursus-kursus induksi ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari secara bersemuka\/ talian oleh CIAST atau penganjur kursus yang dilantik. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Terdapat tiga (3) kategori kursus yang ditawarkan, iaitu:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kursus Induksi Pegawai Penilai \u2013 Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman \u2013 Pengurus Pusat Bertauliah (PP-PPD-PPB);<\/li>\n<li>Kursus Induksi Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL); dan<\/li>\n<li>Kursus Induksi Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kursus Induksi PP-PPD-PPB memberi kefahaman asas SPKM dan merupakan syarat yang perlu dipenuhi bagi tujan dilantik sebagai personel SPKM seperti Pegawai Penilai (PP), Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD), Pengurus Pusat Bertauliah (PPB) dan Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL).<\/p>\n<p>Kursus Induksi PPT memberi kefahaman kepada peserta tentang persijilan melalui kaedah PPT. Ia juga merupakan salah satu syarat untuk dilantik sebagai Pegawai Pengesah Luaran- Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPL-PPT).<\/p>\n<p>Kursus Induksi PPL menerangkan tugas, tanggungjawab dan etika kerja ketika melaksanakan verifikasi luaran dan penilaian di tempat kerja\/ Pusat Bertauliah. Kursus ini perlu dihadiri oleh lantikan Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Sistem Latihan Program Bertauliah (PPL-SLaPB) dan Pegawai Pengesah Luaran ADI Perantisan (PPL ADI Perantisan). Bagi Kursus Induksi Pegawai Pengesah Luaran PPL, peserta perlu memenuhi syarat tambahan iaitu telah mengikuti Kursus Induksi PP-PPD-PPB dengan jayanya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apakah kelayakan peserta kursus induksi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kelayakan peserta-peserta bagi semua kursus Induksi Pentauliahan Persijilan Kemahiran Malaysia adalah seperti berikut:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Berumur 18 tahun ke atas.<\/li>\n<li>Warganegara Malaysia; atau<\/li>\n<li>Pemastautin Tetap (PR)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Bagaimana hendak menyertai kursus Induksi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pendaftaran peserta hendaklah dibuat melalui penganjur berdaftar berdasarkan Jadual Penganjuran Kursus yang boleh didapati di laman web CIAST>KURSUS>JANGKA PENDEK (KURSUS INDUKSI) >JADUAL KIPPKM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berapakah yuran peserta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bayaran penyertaan yang dikenakan oleh penganjur ke atas peserta tidak boleh melebihi RM 350.00 seorang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saya telah tamat Kursus Induksi tetapi masih belum menerima sijil. Bagaimana saya boleh menyemak status pengeluaran sijil saya?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sijil kursus induksi akan dikeluarkan dalam bentuk digital kepada peserta yang lulus.
