LATAR BELAKANG UNIT & KAKITANGAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Program Pembangunan Pengajar Kebangsaan (PPK)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Program Pembangunan Pengajar Kemahiran (PPK), Pusat Latihan Pengajar dan Kemahiran Lanjutan (CIAST) telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 2008, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran pekerja-pekerja sektor awam dan swasta.<\/p>\n

UNIT PENGURUSAN PEMBANGUNAN PENGAJAR BARU (UPPPB)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Merancang dan mengurus pengambilan pelajar baru National Instructor Training Program (NITP) bagi tiga kursus iaitu Diploma Lanjutan Pengajar Vokasional (DLPV), Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia dengan Sijil Pengajar Vokasional (SKMT3 + VTO) dan Sijil Pengajar Vokasional (VTO)<\/li>\n
  • Mengurus dan mengawal selia Latihan Sambil Kerja \/ Latihan Industri Pelajar<\/li>\n
  • Mengurus hal ehwal pelajar bagi tiga kursus iaitu DLPV, SKMT3 + VTO dan VTO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n

    UNIT PENGURUSAN PENINGKATAN KEMAHIRAN & KAWALAN TEKNIKAL (UPPKT)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Merancang dan mengurus kursus modular, customised dan antarabangsa.<\/li>\n
    • Merancang dan mengurus Kursus Pemantapan PLV Lantikan Baharu.<\/li>\n
    • Mengurus dan menyelaras hal-hal berkaitan peperiksaan akhir pelajar.<\/li>\n
    • Mengurus dan menyelaras Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL) dan Jawatankuasa Penasihat Teknikal (TAC)<\/li>\n
    • Menyelaras hal-hal pentauliahan yang berkaitan dengan sistem JPK<\/li>\n
    • Mengurus persijilan SKM dan persijilan CIAST<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      UNIT ELEKTRIKAL & ELEKTRONIK, UNIT MEKATRONIK, UNIT KOMPUTER, UNIT KIMPALAN, UNIT AUTOMOTIF DAN UNIT PENGELUARAN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Mengendalikan program latihan jangka panjang iaitu DLPV dan SKMT3 + VTO mengikut bidang masing-masing<\/li>\n
      • Mengendalikan program latihan kemahiran lanjutan melalui kursus modular, ‘customised’, latihan antarabangsa.<\/li>\n
      • Mengendalikan Kursus Pemantapan PLV lantikan baharu.<\/li>\n
      • Menguruskan latihan pembangunan kepakaran kepada tenaga pengajar mengikut bidang.<\/li>\n
      • Menyelaras bahan pengajaran, soalan peperiksaan, penilaian PPL, peralatan dan kemudahan latihan mengikut bidang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        UNIT METODOLOGI VOKASIONAL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
          \n
        • Melaksanakan kursus VTO bagi lepasan SKM sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 3 (program pra-perkhidmatan).<\/li>\n
        • Menganjurkan Kursus Induksi PP\/PPD bagi pelajar VTO.<\/li>\n
        • Mengurus pelaksanaan Latihan Internship bagi\u00a0 kursus VTO.<\/li>\n
        • Mengurus latihan pembangunan kepakaran kepada tenaga pengajar.<\/li>\n
        • Menyelaras bahan pengajaran, soalan peperiksaan, penilaian PPL, peralatan dan kemudahan latihan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
