Apakah itu CUDBAS<\/div>

CUDBAS (Curriculum Development Based on Vacational Ability) merupakan salah satu kaedah pembangunan kurikulum yang berasaskan kemahiran. CUDBAS membantu organisasi untuk mengenalpasti dan memperkemas proses kerja, mengurangkan kos latihan, dan meningkatkan kualiti kepakaran pekerja serta mengurangkan pembaziran pengeluaran yang disebabkan oleh kesilapan manusia. Ianya akan memberikan perspektif yang lebih jelas berkenaan pengetahuan, kecekapan dan sikap pekerja.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Apakah yang terkandung di dalam Kursus Pembangunan Asas CUDBAS<\/div>

Para peserta akan diberikan pendedahan mengenai kaedah membangunkan kurikulum latihan yang melibatkan empat peringkat, iaitu\u00a0CUDBAS Chart, Short Term Training Schedule, Ability Map<\/em>dan\u00a0Education Plan.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
