Apakah Latihan Sangkutan Fasilitator WIM?<\/div>

Latihan ditawarkan kepada Tenaga Pengajar Pusat Bertauliah Awam dan Swasta serta wakil industri\/syarikat sebagai persediaan sebelum melaksanakan bengkel pembangunan serta menyokong pembangunan WIM. Melalui kursus ini, peserta yang dilatih akan menyumbangkan kepakaran dalam mengendalikan sesi pembangunan WIM. Melalui Latihan Sangkutan Fasilitator (LSF), calon fasilitator akan diberi peluang melakukan simulasi pembangunan WIM semasa kursus dan mengendalikan bengkel pembangunan sebenar bagi membina keyakinan dan ketrampilan peserta melalui teknik fasilitasi yang telah dipelajari dalam kursus pembangunan WIM sebelum ini.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Bagaimana untuk bergelar Fasilitator WIM?<\/div>

Calon yang telah menghadiri kursus Pembangunan WIM dan Penilaian boleh mengemukakan permohonan untuk menjadi fasilitator. Calon yang terpilih perlu melengkapkan dua (2) siri LSF dengan mengikuti simulasi pembangunan WIM dan latihan di bengkel pembangunan sebenar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
