Kursus ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan memantapkan fasilitator yang berupaya menghasilkan dokumen standard dan kurikulum latihan yang berkualiti bagi mencapai standard pekerjaan yang memenuhi keperluan industri negara. Kandungan kursus ini memberi penekanan kepada para peserta mengenai teknik-teknik memudahcara yang perlu digunapakai oleh fasilitator untuk membangunkan NOSS\/WIM\/Soalan\u00a0 yang berkualiti.\r\n\r\nKANDUNGAN KURSUS<\/strong>\r\n

      \r\n \t
    1. Mempertingkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran baru dalam teknik-teknik memudahcara yang mana keupayaan fasilitator dalam mengendalikan sesi bengkel pembangunan atau perbincangan menjadi lebih efektif.<\/li>\r\n \t
    2. Memantapkan keyakinan fasilitator dalam menggunapakai pendekatan memudahcara didalam proses interaksi antara ahli kumpulan atau panel pembangun.<\/li>\r\n \t
    3. Membangunkan kemahiran tenaga pengajar untuk melatih fasilitator-fasilitator dari agensi awam, pusat bertauliuah dan industri dengan tujuan membangunkan NOSS\/WIM\/Soalan\u00a0 yang berkualiti.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nKEMUDAHAN<\/strong>\r\n\r\nKursus ini adalah\u00a0percuma<\/strong>. Penginapan dan makan minum disediakan. Kursus akan dijalankan di\u00a0Institut Latihan Awam (ILA)\/1MTC\/Hotel\u00a0<\/strong>dengan menggunakan fasiliti penginapan dan kemudahan premis berkaitan.\r\n\r\nPERSIJILAN FASILITATOR NOSS (DESCUM) \/ WIM \/ SOALAN\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nSyarat utama untuk dipersijilkan sebagai Fasilitator NOSS (DESCUM) \/ WIM \/ Soalan adalah dengan memenuh kriteria seperti berikut:\r\n1. Menghadiri Kursus Pembangunan NOSS (DESCUM) \/ WIM \/Soalan dan\r\n2.Menghadiri Kursus Kemahiran Fasilitator.\r\n\r\nSetelah mengikuti dan lulus semua syarat tersebut, calon akan dipersijilkan oleh CIAST\/JPK sebagai Fasilitator NOSS (DESCUM)\/WIM\/Soalan.
