  1. Pengenalan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Personel Penilaian Dan Verifikasi (PPV) merupakan individu yang memiliki pengetahuan, kemahiran dan berpengalaman luas dalam latihan kemahiran serta diperaku oleh Ketua Pengarah bagi menjalankan Penilaian dan Verifikasi Sistem Pensijilan Kemahiran Malaysia (SPKM).\u00a0 PPV juga berperanan dalam memastikan kualiti dan jaminan mutu pelaksanaan SPKM .<\/p>\n

    1. Penilaian PPV<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Sesi Penilaian Pembaharuan Personel Penilaian Dan Verifikasi merupakan inisiatif JPK bagi mengukuh serta memastikan personel PPV kekal berpengetahuan, berkemahiran serta menyumbang kepada modal insan berkemahiran tinggi negara. Sesi ini juga bertujuan memastikan pengetahuan dan kefahaman PPV dalam aspek panduan, peraturan, penugasan dan pelaksanaan berada dalam tahap terbaik.<\/p>\n

      Setiap sesi penilaian PPV ini melibatkan 40 hingga 50 orang personel (maksima) dalam satu-satu sesi (seharian) dan diadakan secara bersemuka atau secara dalam talian. Peserta penilaian PPV perlu mengikuti ceramah dan ujian akhir sebelum layak untuk memohon pembaharuan lantikan PPV. Calon hanya dibenarkan untuk memohon SATU SIRI<\/strong>\u00a0 sahaja bagi satu \u2013satu zon yang ditawarkan. Sistem MySPIKE akan menolak permohonan sekiranya personel memohon lebih dari satu siri.<\/p>\n

      Jadual pelaksanaan penilaian PPV adalah seperti maklumat berikut; Jadual Penilaian PPV<\/a><\/p>\n

      1. Personel yang Layak Menduduki Penilaian<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        PPV\u00a0 yang\u00a0 telah tamat tempoh lantikan (3 tahun) atau bakal tamat (dalam tempoh 6 bulan sebelum tamat) dipelawa untuk mengikuti sesi ini. Empat (4) jawatan PPV yang berkaitan adalah seperti berikut:<\/p>\n

        1. PPL-SLaPB : Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Sistem Latihan Program Bertauliah;<\/li>\n
        2. ii. PPL-SLDN : Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional;<\/li>\n
        3. iii. PP-PPT : Pegawai Penilai Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu; dan<\/li>\n
        4. iv. PPL-PPT : Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Tatacara Membuat Permohonan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            PPV yang berminat untuk mengikuti sesi Penilaian PPV bagi tahun 2023 boleh Permohonan perlu dikemukakan secara atas talian di<\/strong> www.myspike.my<\/strong><\/a> \u00a0<\/a>\u00a0sebulan sebelum<\/strong> tempoh penilaian. Tatacara permohonan dalam MySPIKE adalah seperti berikut:<\/p>\n

            Pengguna>Permohonan Pengguna>Klik Kursus Induksi>Mohon Kursus Induksi>Pilih \u201cPenilaian Pembaharuan PPV\u201d>Papar Senarai Kursus>\u00a0 dengan memilih siri penilaian mengikut zon wilayah yang hampir dengan tempat tinggal PPV.<\/p>\n

            1. Tawaran dan Pengesahan Kehadiran<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              PPV yang berjaya akan dimaklumkan melalui MySPIKE dan emel. PPV perlu membaca dan memahami setiap kandungan dan lampiran yang disertakan dengan teliti. PPV juga dikehendaki membuat pengesahan kehadiran seperti dinyatakan bersama surat tawaran.<\/p>\n

              1. Penalti <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Tindakan senarai hitam<\/strong> (penggantungan setahun) akan dikenakan ke atas personel yang gagal hadir tanpa sebab yang kukuh setelah tawaran sesi PPV dikeluarkan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
