Selamat Datang Ke Portal CIAST.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

CIAST atau\u00a0Pusat Latihan Pengajar dan Kemahiran Lanjutan\u00a0merupakan agensi yang membangunkan tenaga pengajar TVET berkemahiran tinggi sesuai dengan keperluan negara dalam memperkasakan pengajar kemahiran di Malaysia.\u00a0 Sejak awal penubuhannya pada 1984 sehingga kini, CIAST telah melahirkan ramai tenaga pengajar dalam pelbagai bidang bagi menampung keperluan di pelbagai institusi latihan kemahiran. Sebagai sebuah agensi di bawah\u00a0Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), CIAST telah diberi mandat dalam menjalankan program-program dan kursus kursus yang menjurus kepada pembangunan tenaga pengajar kemahiran yang berketrampilan tinggi.Antara program utama yang dijalankan ialah kursus\u00a0Sijil Pengajar Vokasional (VTO)\u00a0yang menggunakan\u00a0NOSS I-031-3:2014 (Operasi Latihan Vokasional \/ Vocational Training Operation).<\/span><\/p>\n

Ia merupakan kursus selama 9 bulan, di mana 3 bulan ialah latihan teknik mengajar di CIAST dan 6 bulan ialah latihan praktikal mengajar di Pusat-Pusat Bertauliah anjuran JPK.\u00a0Kursus VTO ini terbahagi kepada dua kategori iaitu kepada mereka yang belum memasuki perkhidmatan (pre-service) dan yang berada dalam perkhidmatan (in-service).<\/span><\/p>\n

CIAST telah membangunkan sistem\u00a0Profil Kompetensi Pengajar TVET Malaysia\u00a0yang dipanggil\u00a0eprofiling Pengajar TVET.\u00a0Ia adalah satu sistem di mana maklumat keterampilan pengajar TVET dikumpulkan dan disatukan untuk dibandingkan denganability checklist\u00a0untuk mendapatkan jurang kompetensi pengajar. Ability checklist\u00a0dihasilkan dengan menggunakan kaedah CUDBAS (Curriculum Development Based on Vocational Ability Structure). Semua pengajar TVET di Malaysia dialu-alukan untuk mendaftarkan diri dalam sistem ini.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seiring dengan perkembangan terkini Revolusi Industri 4.0 (IR 4.0), CIAST juga tidak ketinggalan dalam menawarkan kursus-kursus berkaitan peningkatan kemahiran dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dalam bidang-bidang seperti\u00a0Automotif,Elektronik,\u00a0Kimpalan,\u00a0Komputer Sistem,\u00a0Komputer Rangkaian,\u00a0Mekatronik\u00a0dan\u00a0Pengeluaran. Senarai dan maklumat modul-modul kursus yang ditawarkan ada di sistem ekursus CIAST. Permohonan juga adalah melalui atas talian di sistem ekursus tersebut.
