This programme is part of the commitment of the Government of Malaysia to promote technical cooperation with developing countries, strengthen regional and sub-regional cooperation, as well as cultivate collective self-reliance among developing countries. The MTCP emphasises human resource development through the provision of training in various vital fields for developing a country such as public administration, good governance, health services, education, sustainable development, agriculture, poverty eradication, investment promotion, ICT and banking.
