What is the definition of VTO course?<\/div>

The VTO is a course about teaching techniques where the participants exposed to specific teaching methods in the vocational field with the aim to produce competent skills instructors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What is the advantage of a VTO graduate?<\/div>

A VTO graduate is qualified to apply for position of Skills Instructor in any private centres accredited by the Department of Skills Development.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What are the entry requirement for VTO course?<\/div>

i.\u00a0 Malaysian citizens aged between 20 and 35 years<\/p>\n

ii\u00a0 Holds an SPM or SVM with a pass in Malay and History Subject (for SPM candidates from 2013 onwards)<\/p>\n

iii. Has any one of the following qualifications:<\/p>\n

a) Advanced Malaysian Skill Diploma (DLKM); or<\/p>\n

b) Malaysian Skill Diploma (DKM); or<\/p>\n

c) Malaysian Skill Certificate Level 3<\/p>\n

What is the training framework for the VTO course?<\/div>

The training duration for the Vocational Methodology is 3\u00bd months conducted in CIAST and CSC while an internship training duration is\u00a0 6 months at a public or private skill training institution<\/p>\n

INTAKE <\/strong><\/p>\n

There are Three (3) intakes per year, i.e. in January, May and September.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
