Dengan itu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>K<\/strong>ami berjanji akan mengarusperdanakan latihan kemahiran dengan menyedia dan mengendalikan program latihan pengajar dan latihan kemahiran yang berkualiti bersesuaian dengan keperluan institusi latihan kemahiran negara dan perkembangan teknologi semasa;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>K<\/strong>ami berjanji untuk mengiklankan dan menyebarkan maklumat peluang latihan yang dijalankan kepada masyarakat umum. Permohonan kursus adalah terbuka sepanjang tahun. Tawaran kursus kepada mereka yang berjaya akan dikeluarkan\u00a0<strong>selewat-lewatnya satu bulan<\/strong>\u00a0sebelum kursus bermula;<\/li>\n<li><strong>K<\/strong>ami berjanji untuk membangunkan bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi memantapkan penyampaian latihan di pusat bertauliah awam dan swasta mengikut keperluan sektor industri negara;<\/li>\n<li><strong>K<\/strong>ami berjanji untuk mentauliah tenaga pengajar yang berkompeten dan berkelayakan mengikut standard pekerjaan kemahiran kebangsaaan; dan<\/li>\n<li><strong>K<\/strong>ami berjanji untuk menyediakan prasarana pembelajaran, kelengkapan latihan, infrastruktur ICT yang lengkap dan persekitaran yang kondusif bagi memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dalam melaksanakan tanggungjawab yang telah diamanahkan kepada Pusat Latihan Pengajar dan Kemahiran Lanjutan (CIAST), kecemerlangan dan khidmat yang mesra serta berhemah tinggi menjadi keutamaan kami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"alert\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciast.gov.my\/?p=1833\">Prestasi Piagam Pelanggan<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Piagam Pelanggan Pusat Latihan Pengajar &amp; Kemahiran Lanjutan (CIAST) Kami di Pusat Latihan Pengajar dan Kemahiran Lanjutan (CIAST) telah diamanahkan untuk mengeluarkan dan meningkatkan kemahiran tenaga pengajar terlatih yang diperlukan oleh negara.
