- Manage couses for the Upskilling Instructor’s Programme.
- Managing the Training Needs Analysis, recording and reporting of instructor competency improvement courses.
TEACHING ENHANCEMENT AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
- Conducting modular and customized teaching enrichment courses for public and private TVET Skills Instructor’s Institute.
- Conducting modular and customized supervision courses for public and private TVET Skills Instructor’s Institute.
- Conducting courses for international course participants.
- Manages the analysis of competency gap, interviews and courses for special programs.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ATTACHMENT UNIT
- Manage placement and monitoring of the Industrial Training Attachment (LSI) programme for public TVET instructor’s institute.
- Manage Industry Expertise Sharing (PKI) programme for public TVET instructor’s institute.
NDTS TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY UNIT
- Conducting NDTS courses / workshops for NDTS Industry Personnel. The course stipulated programmes are:
