PPKSPP

PPKSPP is a certificate given to the staff of the Accredited Center of the Department of Skills Development who is responsible for the management of skills training, guiding, supervising and evaluating trainees / apprentices.

PPKSPP PERSONNEL

The following are the PPKSPP personnel positions certified by JPK:

  1. Accredited Centers Manager (PPB);
  2. Internal verifier (PPD);
  3. Assessor(PP);
  4. National Dual Training System Accredited Center Manager (PPB-SLDN);
  5. Coach (Coach); and
  6. National Dual Training System Trainer (Pengajar SLDN)

 

TERMS

Terms and qualifications of PPKSPP personnel are subject to the following guidelines.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. All PPKSPP application are made online through the URL https://www.myspike.my/
  2. For matters of revocation or resignation or termination of contract or pension must send an official letter of notification to JPK for updating the update personnel record status.

ATTENTION : 

Application * Transfer PB does not need to post a letter of resignation / termination of contract in the previous PB but the document needs to be uploaded when applying for renewal / add position / Add Program in new PB.

PPKSPP APPLICATION

  1. Application procedures through the system can be referred in the User Manual and Personnel Manual.
  2. The manual can be downloaded online via the URL https://www.myspike.my/ as follows:

 

 

 

APPLICATION CATEGORY

  1. New Personnel : Personnel have never been certified or have previously failed as JPK accreditation personnel
  2. Add Position : Applied for new positions other than existing positions;
  3. Add Program : Has been certified the same position but applied for a new program;
  4. Renewal : Similar positions and programs that have been certified will expire or undergo NOSS changes; and
  5. Transfer PB : Applied for a PPKSPP in the new PB because he no longer serves in the previous PB.

APPLICATION DOCUMENT

  1. All applications through system are required to Upload Support Documents according to PB Personnel Category, SLDN Personnel or Transfer of Accredited Center.
  2. Please ensure that the supporting documents uploaded meet the following criteria:
      • Only submit relevant supporting documents;
      • Scanned documents are allowed only in PDF format;
      • The total size of the scanned document does not exceed 2 M; and
      • Preferred document scans are saved in a single PDF file.
  1. Any submission of supporting documents via e-mail is not accepted as an additional document.
  2. If the Induction Course data or SKM/DKM/DLKM data already exists in the personnel profile in system, then the evidence can be excluded for upload.

6. The following is a Checklist of supporting documents for the application of New Personnel, Add Positions, Add Programs & Renewals for the SLDN Personnel category:

If the Induction Course/NDTS Taining Program data or SKM/DKM/DLKM data already exists in the personnel profile in system, then the evidence can be excluded for upload.

 

7. Application for Transfer PB must also be made online by selecting the following types of applications:

    • Add Position: If the position in the previous PB is not the same as the position in the new PB;
    • Add Program : If the NOSS program in the previous PB is not the same as the NOSS program in the new PB.; and
    • Renewal : If the positions and programs in the previous PB are the same as in the new PB..

8.  The following is a Checklist of supporting documents for Transfer PB application:

    • Letter of resignation from previous PB;
    • *Latest (Letter of appointment & agree to accept appointment) in new PB; and
      • *date of appointment & acceptance of appointment does not exceed the period of 6 months from the application made
    • Similar certificates related to application renewal/Add Position/Add Program documents.

APPLICATION OF PPKSPP CANCELLATION

  1. The application to cancel PPKSPP is intended to inform JPK that personnel are no longer active for the certified position.
  2. The following is the category of PPKSPP cancellation application
    • Position Termination : Apply to cancel the existing PPKSPP so that the position is no longer active
    • Resignation : Inform the JPK that personnel no longer serve in the PB
  3. Personnel or PB can also apply to cancel PPKSPP if personnel have expired contracts or have retired and so on.

 

CANCELLATION PPKSPP APPLICATION PROSEDURE

  1. Application for Cancellation and Termination of Service must submit the following official letter:
