GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION FOR PPV ASSESSMENT RENEWAL
1. The Purpose of Assessment
PPV Assessment is to ensure applicant’s knowledge and understanding in terms of guidance are latest and up to date before renewing the position of PPV.
2. The Eligible Personel for Applications
The applicants that involved in this assessment are:-
i. PPL-SLaPB : External Verifier Officer of Certified Program Training System;
ii. PPL-SLDN : External Verifier Officer of National Dual Training System;
iii. PP-PPT : Assessment Officer of Prior Achievement Recognition;
iv. PPL-PPT : External Verifier Officer of Prior Achievement Recognition;
3. The period of applications
The expired applicants need to sit for assessment. Application for renewal of PPV shall be made within the period of six (6) months of the date of expiry and still can be done after the date of expiration.
Qualified applicants must apply online at www.myspike.my and link of application can be found as below:-

5. Procedure for Sucessful Application
The successful application will be notified via MySPIKE and applicants will receive the offer letter via email and applicants need to carefully read the contents in email given. Applicants are also required to confirm attendance as stated in the offer letter.
