- Manages telephone calls.
- Entertain guests at the Client Service Counter.
- Manage clients’ complaints and feedback.
PUBLICATION UNIT
- Prepares summaries of issues and relevant clippings of daily newspapers.
- Monitors and prepares reports on relevant issues disseminated in the media.
- Coordinates and publishes the CIAST Annual Report.
- Coordinates and publishes the CIAST Bulletin.
- Produces CIAST corporate videos.
