  • Coordinates the management of visitors at CIAST

  • Manages telephone calls.
  • Entertain guests at the Client Service Counter.
  • Manage clients’ complaints and feedback.

PUBLICATION UNIT

  • Prepares summaries of issues and relevant clippings of daily newspapers.
  • Monitors and prepares reports on relevant issues disseminated in the media.
  • Coordinates and publishes the CIAST Annual Report.
  • Coordinates and publishes the CIAST Bulletin.
  • Produces CIAST corporate videos.
